Ritual Oatmeal

Ritual Oatmeal

Our attention is constantly being consumed by something, like the saying, where our energy goes, our energy flows. One of my favorite Ayurvedic practices is focusing my attention on the foods I am eating and drinking. Connecting me to the moment, to the tastes, different colors and textures of the food, and how my body is responding.
