Chia Seed Honey Mustard

Simple to make, with six ingredients, adding a brightness to vegetables, salad mix, and other foods as a dipping sauce. Humble Bee Honey’s sweet Oregon wildflower honey compliments the sour and salty tastes in this recipe. Paired with chia seeds for digestive support.

First, I begin with an Ayurveda practice before cooking that I love, helping to keep past, present, or future worries and thoughts from being cooked in or stirred into the food. To ground me into the moment before gathering the ingredients. I close my eyes and take a few deep belly breaths.

  • Humble Bee Honey or local (recommended)

  • chia seeds

  • stone ground mustard

  • salt and pepper

  • EVOO
