How to Make

Gather the ingredients- 32 oz vessel with lid, shredded coconut flakes, 1/2 c, liquid measure.

Wash your hands.

Set the mood - Inhale deep into your belly three times. Visualize a plant or tree roots sprouting from the bottom of your feet and into the floor beneath you and into the soil.

The Day Before

Pour 16 ounces / two cups water in at least 32 ounce vessel and 1/2 C shredded coconut flakes. Screw on lid and store in refrigerator overnight.

Separation is natural, shake to re-emulsify.

Blend Ingredients

Pour soaked coconut flake water into blender. Blend on high for up to 60 seconds or until smooth.

Storage

Store in sealed container in refrigerator and enjoy before 7 days. Separation is natural, shake to re-emulsify.

12 hrs 15 min (12 hours for soaking)

Coconut flake to water ratio is 1:4 to make smaller or larger quantities.

  • 1/2 C organic shredded coconut flakes

  • 2 C filtered water

Directions

  1. Scoop shredded coconut flakes into 32 oz container.

  2. Add water and allow to sit at least overnight and up to 24 hours.
